Have you got previous experience managing senior stake holders? Can you stay professional and adapt to an ever changing envoirment? Do you have previous experience providing traditional EA support? Then you are the right person for this role!

I am very excited to be working closely with this well-established International Creative Marketing Agency based in Central London. Our clients are a strategic foresight consultancy – they are cool, savvy and filled with the most talented creative consultants in the industry and they are looking for a PA / Office support  to join their team.

You’ll manage the CGO’s diary, be their first point of call, following up meetings, and manage expenses and timesheets. As PA / Office support , you’ll act as the gatekeeper for the CGO and filter messages accordingly.

You will arrange meetings, create itineraries and agendas; schedule travel and arrange accommodation, as well as handling personal errands such as booking appointments and restaurant reservations. You will assist with the meetings and internal events, liaising with members of the Board, senior partners and managers to ensure all internal events and review meetings are set appropriately.

The PA / Office support may be required to offer ad-hoc support to Front of House and Co-Founders.

The ideal candidate should have a hands on approach to work, be able to take control of demanding diaries, and arrange complex travel. You will be part of the PA team who have a strong bond, arrange regular PA events and collaboratively work on events or projects.
