Senior Account Manager - The Role
This fantastic agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible; you will be working very closely with the Account Director and the senior management team and creating client development plans and working within a multi-discipline team to deliver against growth targets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a determined and commercially-minded candidate to play an integral role in campaign management and business development. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients' campaigns are delivering tangible results. You will have strong experience of managing social and digital campaigns from start to finish and also a solid and hands on understanding of integrated campaign work.
Developing relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their first point of contact.
Creating and implementing multi-platform strategies, from briefing to reporting.
Working closely with the internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Working effectively with other agencies to advise clients and deliver campaigns.
Working to financial targets and enhancing profitability.
Setting campaign objectives and ensuring that strategic campaign plans for each client are continually updated, including mutual objectives and
Working as part of a pitch team and attending new business meetings.
Writing and proof reading creative copy and presentations.
Setting up social listening and analysing insight reports.
Evaluating campaign performance and feeding into long-term plans.
Skills & Experience: -
Minimum three years' experience of account handling at account manager level or above, working on social, integrated multi-channel campaigns for
Experience of building a social strategy and overseeing the delivery of community management, paid social and influencer outreach.
Demonstrable expertise in delivering revenue growth across a retained client portfolio.
Experience of working with one or more brands for at least two years.
