Senior Account Manager
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join this fully integrated well known creative agency, based in Central London.
My client is an integrated creative agency with a variety of global big brand accounts. The agency is home to creative problem solvers and believes in the power of experience to build brands. They have big ambitions and as part of that they are looking for a new Senior Account Manager to become the partner in crime to an SAD in their business growth team.
The role of the Senior Account Manager will be to support the SAD in fueling a culture of business growth within the agency. They'll help identify opportunities and prospects, working closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft outreach content/ideas, then briefing their external lead generators to take to market. Please note that while this isn't a traditional SAM role, they are not looking for classic new business people. They want the team to be made up of strategic marketers and client services professionals who are commercially aware and passionate about the industry and want to get involved in pitches. The right person will not be restricted to channels and will get the chance to work across promotions, social, tech, experiential and retail. Also they'll get to oversee new clients coming into the agency and can then chose to run and lead with any of those, should they want to.
As such to be the right candidate you'll have excellent client services experience gained form working in an integrated agency. In particular you'll be naturally inquisitive, have excellent business and financial acumen and be a strategic thinker, who is keen to be exposed to senior level stakeholders and be heavily involved in every aspect of all pitches.
