To make this work you'll ideally have a recent track record gained within a commercial role in education or currently be in a client service role in an agency with some experience on working with clients in the education space. As the account director, you'll live and breathe below the line marketing and be adept at using data to drive acquisition and ROI across a broad channel mix.
You'll also want to have fun, role your sleeves up when needed and as the group account director, lead from the front.
