My client, a recruitment agency working with world renowned clients, are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Brand and Marketing to join their growing team in Salford Quays. You will develop and deliver an international marketing strategy, build and develop the brand, attracting candidates and clients.


Head of Brand and Marketing- Responsibilities:

-Rapidly build brand awareness and engagement across all key markets
-Drive digital change and build an online presence including website, SEO, PPC, analytics, email
-Ensure optimisation of website
-Manage marketing budget and measure return on investment
-Identify and implement opportunities for brand appropriate strategic partnerships


Head of Brand and Marketing- Essential Requirements:

-8 years of experience delivering international marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment
-International brand building experience
-Knowledge of CMS - Sitecore and automated marketing e.g Pardot
-Flexibility to travel to North America, Ireland and Germany
-Experience managing a team
-Excellent communication skills
-Degree level education in a relevant subject
