Dynamic integrated agency located in the heart of Ad Land is seeking a Group Account Director or recently promoted Business Director to work on a genuinely integrated new win account.

The Group Account Director role
The agency are seeking a Group Account Director, who is looking for an opportunity to make their mark on a new piece of client business.
The key account is a fully integrated account including ATL, OOH, CRM, experiential and their sister agency is responsible for all media, so it’s a very close knit agile team.
The client is heavily reliant on the agency to guide and push through their marketing strategy, so the Group Account Director will work in partnership with the client and be their right-hand person.
You will work on two other clients too predominantly on direct marketing communications (online and offline).
There is a lot of potential to grow the team, which currently consists of a standout Account Manager, through establishing this client plus other new business opportunities.
The team is small and as a result you will need to quite hands initially on but as the account grows, so will your team.
The successful candidate will report into the CSD and CEO and also support in running the department.
The Group Account Director Required
You will need to provide inspirational leadership, drive and strategic vision for the account team with a broad, agency-wide responsibility for ensuring all departments work together to provide a consistent high level of agency product and service delivery.
You need to be instrumental in creating and maintaining a culture of thinking, challenging and innovation. You must also provide direction, support and opportunities to help team members realise their potential.
You should have 7 plus years’ experience in an integrated/engagement agency, be passionate about evolving channels and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the industry.
Core Experience Required
- At least 7 years’ experience in an integrated or engagement agency, capable of managing £1mill - £2mill income.
- Strong financial services experience across customer engagement and digital is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, strong listening and organisational skills, tenacity and determination with wit and intelligence.
- Demonstrate effective written communication, presentation, creative flair and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity in relation to interacting with people at all levels.
