The hunt is on for a Global Internal Communications Manager, to join this team as they embark on delivering an ambitious new global internal communications strategy.

Global Internal Communications Manager - £35,000-£40,000 - London

THE ROLE
This is a varied, rewarding and hands on position, where the Internal Communications Manager will help deliver the strategy, creating comms that inform, engage and inspire staff and stakeholders about the work being achieved across the globe.
Reporting into the Global Head of Internal Comms, and managing a junior staff member, you will create engaging content, work closely with stakeholders, plan communication campaigns, run events and support on all global internal communications activity. You will also evaluate communications to improve impact and ensure best practice.

YOU
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Solid Internal Comms experience, ideally within a large and diverse organisation- NOT just Comms in general.
- Excellent Stakeholder management at all levels, thanks to fabulous interpersonal skills!
- Experience working across integrated communications - Digital, Events, Video.
- Implementing and managing online tools - a SharePointbased intranet would be highly desirable for example..
- Brilliant organisational skills , with strong project management, planning skills and attention to detail.
- Ideally - some experience of managing a small team.
