Retail Marketing Manager needed with strong relationship building skills, a 360 degree marketing approach and commercial mindset.
Brand & Marketing Manager-Retail - £45,000 - London
You will work for a fabulous property company in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios. The retail team deliver dynamically different shopping and leisure destinations which people want to visit. You will manage delivery of the tactical B2C marcomms activity for the retail portfolio, help deliver high profile marketing events and initiatives to meet commercial objectives, assist with the B2B positioning of the destination brands and support on B2B marketing collateral. Key responsibilities include:
Brand:
- ensure destination brands adhere to all brand guidelines
- oversee all digital and social media activity to ensure it is used to position the assets effectively
- ensure the corporate brand is well embedded and understood across the supplier network
- work closely with key stakeholders to embed approaches to sustainability and health & wellbeing into consumer marketing campaigns
Marketing:
- implement all retail marketing communications activity
- manage all marketing agencies day-to-day campaign activity
- coordinate all consumer PR at an asset level
- brief agencies and marketing managers at a local level on asset specific and portfolio campaigns
- reporting and progress against annual KPI targets
- responsibility for all asset website content
- manage all third party suppliers, delivery partners and marketing agencies
- assist in the delivery of asset and portfolio level events
- assist with other marketing activity, including travel trade fairs, engagement with tourism bodies and paid media
- collaboration with local stakeholders to raise the profile of the assets at a local level
You MUST HAVE:
- industry experience derived from retail, events marketing, and tourism, destination or FMCG sectors
- experience of marketing and events delivery
- experience of working with a variety of delivery partners
- experience in managing stakeholder engagement activities/events
- good writing skills are essential
- experience in project and event management of seminars, exhibitions and other large-scale events essential, particularly events involving members of the public
- able to input and help deliver diverse marketing campaigns for a variety of audiences. Experience of targeting campaigns for specific audiences is essential
