Senior Seller and team manager required to manage and lead small team of international sales people
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in team management and commercial management, as well as proven success in pitching, closing and executing on large-scale deals with the world's most well-known brands on highly strategic accounts.
Seeking someone to drive forward and execute on an existing commercial strategy with the aim of driving innovation, sales excellence, and profitability across owned and operated platforms.
The successful candidate will have substantial in-market sales experience and be skilled at motivating, monitoring and directing sales managers and directors of various levels of expertise.
This role has a 50%/50% dual focus: a) delivering/maintaining significant commercial results from a strong international sales team b) contributing towards the overall revenue target from your own individual target.
The role is solely focused on driving partnerships with brands and agencies based in Europe which control global spend on behalf of their brand or company.
