Our client is a European beauty business with an iconic brand and some of the best cult products on the market! The brand has a strong digital footprint and requires a digital expert to drive brand equity and sales growth by creating and managing a compelling digital brand experience for consumers online.
As Digital Brand Manager you will work alongside Brand Managers to create and deliver brand communications via digital channels. You will be tasked with planning and delivering the brands digital marketing campaigns across all channels, managing agency relationships and measuring and reporting on the success of the campaigns. You will work across channels such as web content, social media, digital media, search and mobile to deliver a consistent brand experience for consumers ensuring there is a clear tone of voice and positioning. As a digital champion the post campaign analysis and ongoing web analytics will play a vital role in helping you to understand where the plans can be optimised. You will drive best practice and champion the use of the most appropriate tools and channels.
The ideal candidate will be a digital expert with at least 2-3 years experience gained client or agency side, managing significant digital campaigns and blogger outreach campaigns. You will be passionate about the beauty industry (perhaps you even have your own blog!) and you will be experienced at working with influencers and bloggers to raise brand awareness. You will have a can do, sleeves rolled up attitude and will be comfortable in a hands on delivery role.
