Junior Account Director needed to work across digital and events for a global Automotive client and fab, independent agency in South West London

This independent agency, based in SW London, is a vibrant, dynamic place who work with a stellar list of clients and have a bright, energetic team of about 60 people. They combine smart thinking with straightforward practicality and it obviously works as they're still going strong after 20 years! With new offices in Sydney and Dubai they're continuing to expand.

As the Junior Account Director on this automotive account, your role at this agency will be varied and hands-on. You will report into 2 Business Directors from the digital and events teams helping to deliver events and digital solutions for this global client. As a key contact for this client you will help deliver and develop events content and communication as well as digital solutions (i.e. online marketing tools etc.).

You will liaise with both the digital team and the events logistics team co-ordinating events and projects but also putting together proposals, pitching and presenting to clients together.

Your work will be varied all with the aim of bringing business messages to life through engaging and inventive executions (print, video, live events and online).

The ideal candidate will be a 'doer' as well as pro-active and creative. You will need to have excellent writing skills and an interest in copy writing and content- unlike some agencies, the accounts team are responsible for all of the copywriting.

This role could suit a Senior Account Manager who is looking to step up and take on more responsibility and advance their career.

Ideally you will have worked on events marketing before and event content as well as have an understanding of digital. The successful SAM will have a 360 approach and integrated experience- this is more important than having a strictly events or digital background. In an ideal world you will be familiar with the automotive industry although this is not essential.

A min. of 2-3 years agency experience and strong project management skills will stand you in good stead.
