Lead Designer/Senior Designer
Our client is a Top 100 creative marketing and communications agency who help well-known brands reach their full potential through strategy, brand development and delivery of creative work. They are looking for a talented Lead Creative who can both think strategically and craft beautiful design work across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will join the passionate studio team and help to deliver innovative, memorable and effective work across a range of sectors. You will work on all stages of the creative process from taking a brief to conceptual thinking, pitching and implementing of treatments through to final delivery. You, therefore, must be a confident communicator and effective listener with great leadership skills, able to deputise for the Creative Director when called upon to do so.
Experience in the finance or property sectors is beneficial as, in these fast-moving areas, it is important that you are able to keep abreast of design and technological trends to maintain innovation and newness. Experience in motion graphics would be desirable.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a proven background in branding and strong, original, compelling and conceptual campaign ideas that encompass print, digital and web. Motion graphics skills are a plus.
Able to create pixel-perfect design and has experience working closely with web developers and technical limitations and opportunities of working in the digital space.
A confident leader and team player who is equally comfortable liasing with clients and the wider design team.
