Much-loved British brand with an aspirational and upmarket reputation underpinned by a focus on quality of product and ethical responsibility is looking for a Senior Creative Design Manger to lead their in-house team and support the vision, direction and expression of the brand across multiple channels and formats.
This is an opportunity for a driven and experienced Senior with impeccable visual judgement and an uncompromising commitment to excellence to support the Head of Design and lead the team to produce outstanding and distinctive multi-channel design that engages, surprises and delights customers. The Creative Design Manager is responsible for motivating and inspiring the team, setting clear creative objectives and deliverables, determining internal and external resource allocation, reviewing creative work and communicating feedback and ultimately leading the management of the team on a day to day basis.
This person will work closely with the Head of Design in the creation of the vision and direction for the brand, making valuable contributions to the development of the design strategy. You will be involved in all creative projects and output, ensuring creative plans are fully aligned with key stakeholders in the business and leading the development of creative propositions and concepts that are aligned with brand strategy.
We’re looking for an established senior with a credible creative background and significant experience managing a high-performing and talented team. You’ll ideally have a background in retail/FMCG and expertise in delivering the right experience for customers though producing exceptional creative communications work.

Has a strong and credible creative background.
With a proven track record in leading a design team.
As well as experience managing a visual brand at senior level, including stakeholder management.
Will ideally have some retail and FMCG brand experience.
Builds relationships based on honesty, respect and encouragement.
Is confident working on projects with multiple touch-points including campaigns, print, in-store, packaging, brand comms and digital?
