Client Services Director - promotional marketing
OK folks this one is going to be suitable for the ambitious and the experienced as we are seeking a Group Account Director who is ready to step up to a Client Services Director position.
Our client is a global promotional marketing and merchandising agency and when we say global we mean global as they have numerous offices spread across the world so can deliver in real time.
Due to being based in so many countries they are able to provide tailored local market knowledge and solutions and yet execute them across a global network, which in turn makes this business one of the leaders in their field.
Like a lot of businesses right now, this Group Account Director opportunity has arisen due to growth and the need to bring on board an experienced Group Account Director who has the ability to oversee and manage multiple key accounts.
Although your official base will be in Luton a couple of days a week you will be expected to spread your time between Luton, London and client locations. Therefore you must be comfortable with travel.
You will be reporting directly into CCO and CEO and confidently deliver best solutions for existing and developing clients. You will certainly have enough professional weight to carry yourself confidently in many different solutions and react to a broad range of challenges.
We must point out though that this is NOT a promotional product focused role. Rather a co-ordination, communication and multi-facetted role
This role will also require you to develop and grow client relationships to their fullest potential. As this unfolds you will then become more of a strategic advisor to your clients rather than focusing on delivery.
To reiterate, although we are seeking a Group Account Director level experience this actual role will see you as a Client Services Director. Therefore you will need to be competent in the following:
· Excellent client services and development experience
· Well versed in promotional marketing and/or merchandising is essential
· Commercially savvy as you will be responsible for long and short term P&O for your accounts
· Can facilitate our broadening offering around consultancy and specialist strategic solutions
· To proactively develop opportunities, strategic proposals and presentations aimed at driving the portfolio of client accounts
· Build long-term relationships with clients ensuring correct levels of support and reliable delivery will be provided
In return for your skills and experience as a Group Account Director ready to step up to Client Services Director level our client offers a very competitive package including a basic salary ranging between £65-70k plus pension contribution and other benefits with lots of growth potential.
