Our client is a globally successful FMCG business with a fantastic values led culture and a great reputation for investing in people. An exciting new role has arisen for a commercially savvy Brand Manager with exceptional skills in NPD launches and brand activation.
The role of Brand Manager is as creative as it is commercial, your ability to deliver against financial targets is as important as your ability to think creatively and add local magic to the global marketing plan. You will be tasked with utilising insight from your local markets to influence the global brand strategies, ensuring the campaigns and innovations you bring to market are fit for purpose and create a buzz of excitement with consumers. Brand activation and pricing and promotional activity are the key remit of the role and you will monitor these activities to ensure that they are successful and that key learnings are fed back into future planning. The consumer is at the heart of these brands and your ability to get under the skin of the consumer and their shopping missions is key to developing successful brand plans and unlocking the growth potential for your brands.
You will be a high calibre individual who is passionate about building brands and bringing innovation to market. You must have at least three years FMCG brand marketing experience gained in a B2C environment with an inquisitive mind that can utilise consumer and shopper insights to underpin your brand marketing activities. Experience in a Global or European role is not essential but you should possess the ability to think internationally and adapt your style to different markets.
