They work with brands such as Dove, Vodafone, PUMA, Phillips, Nescafé and TK MAXX. Data & Analytics Manager - The Role As an experienced data analyst in the field of social and digital media, the ideal candidate will have experience in social listening and influencer tools, platform analytics, marketing technology, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and should be comfortable leading project deliveries and presenting in client-facing situations.

The role involves working across a variety of clients in both an external client-facing and internal research capacity. As such knowledge of project and account management processes are desirable, alongside an entrepreneurial and strategic mind-set, and a "can-do" problem-solving attitude. Keen attention to detail and a high standard of verbal and written communication are required. Responsibilities include: * Works closely with the Head of Data & Analytics across client briefs and delivery planning processes * Manage the day-to-day delivery of client research and reporting projects, taking part in client meetings and presentations * Internal and external stakeholder management * Analyse large, complex and often unstructured datasets to generate actionable insight

* Contribute to new business processes and the development of new and innovative work streams

* Consultancy on data-related projects and guidance in relation to tools and software

* Management of junior analysts Data & Analytics Manager - Key Skills * Experience with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, etc)

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential

* Interest in development and coding (e.g. Python, R, etc)

* Statistical modelling desirable

* 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing analytics role
