The Role

  • Take the CRM ownership of a key business within their portfolio of products
  • Manage and coach direct reports
  • Manage the CRM calendar and planning process
  • Develop a multi-touch point, multi-channel CRM strategy across email, social, and push
  • Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns using sophisticated segmentation and modelling
  • Manage the end to end campaign management process for complex campaigns
  • Lead Paid Media activity, liaising with analysts and media agency
  • Oversee the day-to-day production of direct messaging campaigns
  • Work with analysts to receive detailed campaign and channel performance reports
  • Analyse past campaigns and oversee strategic test and learn initiatives

The Person

  • 3-5 years of experience in an influential role
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience / experience with another market-leading CRM
  • Experience of using Analytics tools
  • Line management / team coaching experience
  • Customer obsessed - love working with quantitative and qualitative customer insights
  • Previous experience of complex data assets, and setting up analysis frameworks and tests
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence upwards and outwards
