New Business & Marketing Manager
This is a rare opportunity for a New Business & Marketing Manager to join this fully integrated well known creative agency, based in Central London.
My client is an integrated creative agency with a variety of global big brand accounts. The agency is home to creative problem solvers and believes in the power of experience to build brands. They have big ambitions and as part of that they are looking for a New Business & Marketing Manager to become the partner in crime to an SAD in their business growth team.
The role of the New Business & Marketing Manager will be to support the SAD in fuelling a culture of business growth within the agency. The role will be a varied and fast paced one. They'll help identify opportunities and prospects, working closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft outreach content/ideas, then briefing their external lead generator agencies to take to market. They'll be pivotal in project managing the overall new business process, leading and managing existing leads through the entire pitch process including the completion of RFI's, writing pitch decks, face to face presentations, as well as managed award entries and ensuring their marketing collateral is kept up to date. Please note the role doesn't involve lead generation.
As such to be the right New Business & Marketing Manager you'll have gained previous commercial experience in a similar position, either from a media, marketing, advertising, creative or design agency. You'll be used to managing every aspect of the pitch process and dealing with senior stakeholders of the business.
