An award-winning retail display agency is seeking a bright, ambitious and passionate CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER with proven experience in the retail marketing sector. You will have a practical yet highly creative approach to your work, great attention to detail and the ability to take projects from initial concept through to completion, particularly for 3D retail displays.

Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day activity and be point of contact with the client. To deliver the clients brief to meet expectations, on time and within budget.
*Brief the design team with new tasks. Challenge and interrogate designs so that products meets client expectations, to remain within budget and meet requirements.
*Hold regular client status meetings and produce status reports. These include WIP and job status reports.
*Produce quotes and other supporting documentation across all projects.
*Dealing with other smaller accounts when necessary and seek out new client opportunities to increase turnover.
*As part of the agency you will be seen as an extension of client's own team. Providing inspirational, and innovative ideas for them to review.

You will be joining a company that has fused shopper marketing with best in class retail design to deliver intimate brand experiences, inspiring shoppers to continuously participate and transact with brands internationally, delivering more ROI for clients.

Requirements:
*At least 3 years previous experience in design and management of retail display manufacturing/installation.
*Experience with major blue chip clients working practices and expectations.
*General marketing/retail marketing knowledge.
*Knowledge of retail display production and installation rollouts.
*At least three years knowledge of 3D fixture design and manufacture.
*Knowledge of general agency processes.
*3D design skills. Use of AutoCad, 3D studio Max, Photoshop and illustrator.
*Time management and budget management.
*Proven experience of client/customer relationship management.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Forward thinking with a finger on the pulse of current retail design trends.
