This is an opportunity for a highly driven and ambitious senior creative designer to play a major role in guiding, shaping and growing the business, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and being responsible for our overall creative output.  You will engage our team, enhance our offer and excite our customers.

We work with the leading brands and retailers: as Creative Design Manager, this person will be involved in every client brief and responsible for building and managing the creative team to deliver projects successfully.  We are looking for an individual with sound creative judgement, who is confident and influential in client-facing situations and who enjoys being hands on as much as directing and overseeing the work.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience and knowledge in design for Brands and Retail, a good understanding of manufacturing and be confident in continuously pushing the level of creative output, ensuring that all work is of the highest quality every time.

You will take ownership: if something doesn't work you will fix it.  You will build a strong and confident team.

You will bring skills: share your knowledge with others and build the right culture for progress.

You will challenge: always look for innovation and improvement, influence others to up their own game.

About HL Display

We help our customers around the world to create attractive and profitable in-store environments that strengthen the consumer's shopping experience. Present in 50 countries, we provide retailers and brands with merchandising and communication solutions that drive sales, save labour costs, and create differentiation.

It all started in 1954 when the travelling salesman Harry Lundvall saw a problem. Products were badly displayed and there were no prices in stores. This was during the time when groceries were evolving into self-service. So, Harry took matters into his own hands. Armed with an iron and sheer enthusiasm, he started manufacturing label holders and merchandising stands in his basement. His products soon created exposure and order in stores. Today our solutions are installed in 265,000 stores. Our near global reach and world class manufacturing capabilities enable us to deliver on both very local needs as well as large scale roll-outs. We lead the development in innovative and sustainable solutions, creating a better shopping experience for people all over the world.
