Junior Account Director
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Director to join this fully integrated well known creative agency, based in Central London.
My client is integrated creative agency with a variety of global big brand accounts. They are now looking for an energetic and equally passionate Junior Account Director to join their team, and help run the retail (including instore digital experiences) for a new pitch win. The person will also be able to get heavily involved in the strategy and help shape this account, as there is a huge scope to grow the business.
As such to be the right Junior Account Director you'll have experience of integrated agency life and processes and integrated creative campaign management. You'll either be a SAM looking to step up or a fairly recent Account Director looking for a new agency challenge. In particular you'll have a passion for FMCG, instore / retail marketing and know what makes consumers tick and how to best leverage that. You'll also want to get involved in helping grow a new piece of business.
In terms of personality fit as you'll have a very high attention to detail, work well under pressure and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
