The role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEO Analyst to join this well-known and authoritative online travel company. Working across multiple websites in multiple countries, you will be responsible for optimising the sites to improve reach across Google and Bing using quantitative analysis, experimentation and testing and using historic data and trends to inform the SEO strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Track traffic patterns and research for new SEO techniques
  • Develop and deliver successful online campaigns working with other marketing channels
  • Maximise organic traffic growth to show strong commercial returns
  • Keyword research, benchmarking and technical implementation to ensure maximum exposure

The Candidate: You must have worked in a hands on SEO role and have experience of organic search as well as on-page optimisation. Up to date knowledge of industry news and algorithm updates, trends and best practice techniques is essential. You must be able to work at strategic level and prove commercial awareness and ROI. You will ideally be degree educated in Economics, Maths, Business, Statistics, Finance etc. and/or have demonstrable experience within a senior revenue-generating SEO role. You must also be naturally analytical and have worked in a data-driven position. You must be able to show evidence of improving a site's ranking in Google and Bing and be interested in all things web-based. Technically savvy, ideally with some knowledge of SQL and HTML would be advantageous. Strong Excel skills are essential including Pivots and V-Lookups etc. If you have built your own website and tried to get it ranked on Google then this would be advantageous.
