Creative Director (Copy)
We are working with a highly successful creative agency operating in the not for profit sector. They work extensively with the leading brands in this sector so an interest and passion in this growing area would be beneficial.
The role is to inspire the Creative Team to develop and deliver exceptional fundraising campaigns – ensuring that what goes out of the door is frequently brilliant, invariably effective and never poor.
Leading the creative department, inspiring it and, with it, the whole agency:
Maintaining and enhancing the agency’s creative philosophy, strategy and objectives, and occasionally representing the agency at industry events, panels and groups.
Taking responsibility for the standard of creative output of the entire agency.
Managing, developing and enhancing the work, performance and professional development of creative teams.
Pitching ideas and campaigns to existing and potential clients.
Working effectively with the wider agency and client teams, across multiple accounts.
Working directly with clients to maintain and develop fruitful working relationships
Reporting key team data to the agency’s senior leadership and human resources departments.
Use their software effectively and according to agreed procedures
Complete timesheets weekly
Look presentable – dressing appropriately for client meetings but also accounting for the fact that clients often visit the agency.
Be involved in the day to day running of the office.
Undertake any tasks that may be required to facilitate the smooth running of the department and agency.
