An exciting marketing agency based in North Buckinghamshire are looking to continue their growth by bringing in a Business Development Executive into their sales team.
Based in a marketing haven, this agency is looking to cement their name as one of the best in the industry. Specialising in Employee & Consumer Engagement, the agency practice what they preach and look after their staff. This role has come about due to the continued growth and success they have created. They want to continue their upwards trajectory and keep the new business coming in. You will be generating leads from inbound opportunities via website promotions as well as being able to generate your own cold leads by identifying potential clients and working out how best approach them. You will also be expected to follow up on all potential leads, as well as being able to establish long lasting relationships with clients. Another key element if the role is being able to identify areas of the market that will be most lucrative for the agency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years genuine sales experience in an agency or have some kind of marketing background to back their sales experience up. They will have a track record for setting up meetings with clients and turning leads into GP for the business. You will be a team player and be happy to help the team grow and provide high standards.
