One of the most exciting creative communications agencies based in central London is looking for a Senior Creative Team to join their team.

Founded just over 12 years ago by a group of experienced and award winning people, this agency has grown into a fantastic dynamic integrated agency. The agency focuses on two areas being Brand Planning and Activation and work for some huge clients across 3 areas: promotional, live engagement/ experiential and shopper.

The founders of the agency have created an environment where creatives can thrive - no idea can ever be too big! They want to build a reputation for being the smarter approach agency where smarter minds discover better ways to create and deliver the extraordinary. This agency of around 45 > 55 people are a family of like-minded individuals, who are renowned for being imaginative, entrepreneurial, switched-on, progressive, determined, pragmatic, energised and supportive.

People and clients tend to stay with this agency for the duration. Their independence gives them the ability to invest in their employees' talent. They discuss progress on a regular basis, providing feedback, support, development, training and coaching.

Over the last few years this agency has developed incredible partnerships with their clients. They have a strong integrated campaign offering, specifically with big brand promotions and live engagement/ experiential projects across huge electrical, FMCG, automotive and beauty brands. You will be involved from briefing all the way through to final delivery on projects. 

We are looking for a Creative Team that are able to solve problems in the most imaginative of ways, but ideally specially within below-the-line communication campaigns. You will need to have an understanding of promotional mechanics and able to demonstrate end-to-end experience of inputting on the strategic development of ideas, through to execution and delivery of the final product.

As a team you will be:

  • Proactive with good communication skills, who understand the importance of being part of a wider team both work wise and culturally.
  • Will have the ability to focus on what is important and demonstrate the ability to generate a wealth of ideas, but have the confidence and foresight to refine, quality control and filter their ideas.
  • Be a confident and articulate pair who value the importance of building strong relationships with account colleagues, keen to present their work to clients and who have the ambition to create award-winning work.
  • Be a commercially orientated creative team who understand the context in which they need to operate in today’s market, and who can demonstrate the importance of managing creative time effectively, to a budget and to a deadline.

As the Art Director you will be:

  • A creative individual with a good strategic brain, equally at home coming up with marketing solution ideas as they are designing and executing them.
  • Have experience in understanding the dynamics of all aspects of promotional marketing, sponsorship exploitation, shopper marketing and experiential marketing, both on and off line.
  • A conceptual thinker who can demonstrate the ability to contribute to idea generation in respect to answering marketing challenges.
  • Have a keen eye for design, strong typographical appreciation and the ability to generate conceptual copy headlines for their ideas.
  • Whilst digital and experiential experience are not an essential requirement, the ability to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of one or both disciplines will be an advantage.

As the Copywriter you will be: 

  • A wordsmith with a good strategic brain, equally at home generating marketing solution ideas as they writing and executing them.
  • Experience in understanding the dynamics of all aspects of promotional marketing, sponsorship exploitation, shopper marketing and experiential marketing, both on and off line.
  • A conceptual thinker who can demonstrate the ability to contribute to idea generation in respect to answering marketing challenges.
  • A focused individual who can demonstrate the ability to generate a wealth of ideas, but have the confidence and foresight to refine, quality control and filter their ideas.
  • Someone with a passion for words and the ability to generate conceptual copy, headlines for their ideas as well as apposite, well-crafted long copy.
