THE OPPORTUNITY

  • A Social Media Manager opportunity within a digital consumer agency that create powerful, emotive and unforgettable digital experiences
  • As a Social Media Manager, you will form an integral part of our core strategy and client services team supporting their flagship accounts
  • The Social Media Manager will work across a range of ongoing and social media campaigns
  • You will also get the opportunity to work on new business pitches where relevant

THE ROLE

  • For the accounts the Social Media Manager will support on, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our ongoing social media management projects run smoothly and grow organically
  • You will drive the internal teams to deliver effective digital work for both the client and the agency from a social perspective, by informing on the latest trends and creative formats
  • Input research and thought through successful leadership, and become the go-to expert on the latest social trends within the wider agency
  • Ongoing monthly media management (buying across all social platforms) - allocating spend and optimising content as and where appropriate
  • Monthly reporting and insights based on previous months activity experience of Sprout Social / Salesforce Social is desirable
  • Ability to think at a strategic level for channel consideration and how they work together for brands

THE LIKE-MIND

  • Ideally you are currently working within a digital creative agency managing a large flagship account with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a B2C client facing role.
  • Understand and run how to make content move across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and the other social networks
  • A genuine passion for social, and enthusiasm for ever-changing trends, platforms and formats
  • The agency uses Sprout and Salesforce for reporting so experience of these would be beneficial
  • The Social Media Manager will need to be extremely driven and proactive with the aim to develop your clients and revenue for the agency and to progress quickly in your role
  • The agency is a very collaborative environment so therefore require people who work openly to ensure maximum knowledge sharing among the wider team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
