Launched only a few years ago, this fast growing and flexible integrated B2B marcomms agency already works with some of the biggest and best brand within the tech space.

Set up by two of the industries well known entrepreneurs, they are now seeking either another Senior Account Manager looking to step up or an experienced Account Director with solid B2B marcoms experience.

This is a perfect opportunity for an Account Director who doesn’t need micro managing, who is confident in their ability and can take the lead when it comes to client management. This is a hands on role so no ivory tower moments.

Your day to day responsibility will involve client management, working with the creative and strategy directors, overseeing your junior team and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

As this is an agile agency you will also get to work closely with the Strategy Director and help create and implement market research. So ideal for anyone who is interested in moving into more a strategic role, rather than just delivery.

As a leader you will be expected to be competent when it comes to presenting ideas and have the ability and confidence to build relationships at all level.

As they aren’t a massive agency, you will get involved in every facet of the agency and as they grow, so will you.

They are also flexible within reason with working from home. During your probation period though you will be expected to be in the office but once you’ve settled in then you can work from home from time to time. It’s about being sensible. Please note though this isn’t a full time work from home role.

In return for your skills and experience as a well-versed Senior Account Manager or Account Director our client is offering a competitive salary ranging between £50-55k plus benefits.
