Strategy Director (Brand, Lead Gen to Advocacy)

Strategy Director for an award-winning Specialist Creative Agency comprised of clients from the fastest growing sector in the advertising industry. This boutique agency with a full-service offering (media and creative) is part of a global network and has an enviable pitch track record (70%). 

Due to business growth they are looking to hire a Strategy Director to lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that will drive both creative and media. In this role you'll be working in partnership with clients to develop their brand strategy, creative platforms and 360 campaign ideas developing work that is informed and driven by data, and working across all content types and channels. Agency outputs can range from global broadcast campaigns to sophisticated lead generation campaigns. 

There's the opportunity to lead a flagship client whilst also working across smaller start up and tech focused clients - and of course contribute to the ongoing new business strategy.

Key skills: 
* A good business mind: an ability to partner with senior clients to understand their 
  commercial priorities, marketing and communication objectives
* An ability to get to meaningful insights and succinct briefs that inspire creativity 
* A good understanding of brands and how people interact from advertising through to 
  digital, social, experiential, direct and face to face engagement 
* TTL: experience developing strategies that inspire big creative ideas as well as BTL and Lead gen to advocacy 
* B2B /and or Grown Up client business experience 
* Experience of tech, automation and data an advantage
