A national, market leading supermarket are seeking a new recruitment manager to join their team through a rapid period of growth.
Well established British brand with 1000's of staff across 100's of locations is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant seeking a new opportunity within a highly recognisable retail company.
To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience of recruiting internally within a large organisation.
- Experience of recruiting both junior and senior positions as well as well as high volume.
- Exposure to a wide range of clients and senior stakeholders.
- Preferably experience of managing a team.
- Excellent customer service.
- Advanced user of Microsoft office as well as other ATS, CRM platforms.
