The role We are currently looking for a Junior Product Owner to help lead and push some of our dynamic products. Working with different business stakeholders across the company to ensure a coherent product strategy is communicated. You will be responsible for ensuring the backlog is able to support the vision of the organisation and also managing the products evolution. This role would suit someone who has been working as a business analyst or in an unofficial product owner role looking to further progress themselves.

The Role:

Act as a Product Owner, participating with developers, testers and business stakeholders.
Write user stories with clarity and acceptance criteria, ensuring the successful delivery and documentation of features in releases.
Host regular refinement and new development exploration sessions.
Participate in daily stand ups and periodic retrospectives.
Collaborate with other Product Owners to groom and devise a Product backlog that communicates a common vision and criteria for success for the product.
Report on project progress and on completion.
Be the primary source of information and truth for the product and leverage this expertise to provide insight and clarity.
Required experience:

3+ years web experience from a business point of view with a SaaS based product.
Use of Jira as a agile management tool.
Experience of working in, or knowledge of, agile scrum.
Ability to quickly assimilate technical and business information into clearly defined deliverables.
Highly effective in problem-solving and creative solutioning.
Be agile through and through.
Excellent communication skills.
