We are working with a global research agency who have had great success in the US and have now made their mark over in the UK. They hold most of the market for restaurants and retailers in the UK, providing customer experience insights for companies such as McDonalds, Nando's and Shell for instance.
They are a really ambitious company, expanding their markets with plans to grow into the hospitality sector next. They have been evolving their technology and the company now uses their own bespoke solutions. Although they are constantly innovating, they are built on their foundations which is to provide exceptional and renowned service for their clients.
This role is an amazing chance to get into the world of market research. To work across various accounts and collaborate with the internal managers to develop, implement and maintain customer satisfaction. You will get first-hand experience liaising with the clients themselves, creating presentations, producing ad hoc data and collating results. You will also support Directors in preparation for new business pitches. This is from collaborating with designers, visiting prospect stores as well as doing your own research to build proposals.
This role would suit someone who is a self-starter. Someone who is looking to learn the ins and outs of the industry and get stuck in talking to blue-chip clients and make the role their own. Organisational skills are key as well as the ability to understand and interpret data.
