Project Manager - Diversity & Inclusion

Location: Soho

Salary: £60-70k

Major Players are working with one of the most successful interactive entertainment companies in the mobile world, who are looking to recruit a new Project Manager to sit within their HR function and focus on Diversity & Inclusion.

The Project Manager Role

We are looking for a super organised and data savvy Project Manager who has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion. Whilst you don't need to have D&I experience, it's essential to have a passion for the topic.

Your work will impact the biggest priorities across D&I and you will work closely with work stream leaders using relevant tools and frameworks to ensure that the D&I projects and activities are on track. Responsibilities will include:

  • End to end project management responsibility for the D&I portfolio including project tracking, reporting, prioritisation, risk & issues, benefits realisation and inter dependencies
  • Own, design and deliver the D&I change plan in order to communicate key updates across the wider D&I portfolio
  • Prepare valuable insights and reports to all levels of the business, articulating what they deliver and value to the business
  • Work collaboratively across multiple teams to define budget and resource requirements

The Candidate

We are looking for an expert Project Manager who has experience across change, communications and data analysis. Must have a minimum of 5 years project management experience ideally within the creative industry.

The Project Manager will be able to think big picture and long term in addition to being able and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done. They will need an eye for detail and a tenacious drive.

Must be a super whizz on Excel and PowerPoint. Lean, Agile or PRINCE2 experience would be an advantage.

If you're a professional that dreams of ripping off that corporate attire and pulling on a pair of jeans, this could be the opportunity for you! Please apply today for immediate screening.
