The Role

  • The Senior Account Director will be responsible for managing and directing the overall CRM business for the client, but with the opportunity to also work through lots of social and events
  • Be a part of a team that consistently wins awards across a multitude of channels including film, print, digital and social
  • You will provide significant support to the Strategy Lead and Managing Partner in developing the client’s business, this includes knowing how to manage a Client Services team and gain the respect of your colleagues
  • The Senior Account Director must take the initiative to drive forward the strategic and creative directions of the client’s business, ensuring it is always as effective as it is successful
  • Offer a fully integrated solution on how to approach the delivery of business goals whilst producing impactful, effective and profitable campaigns
  • Liaise with all departments throughout the project implementation and know how build and sustain fruitful client relationships

  • You must have CRM and big agency experience working on a global client, this will help in being able to deal with a diversified range of clientele

  • Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential, but working through a range of multi-channels will be seen favorably
