Very successful construction company specialising in fit-out and refurbishment is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Communication Manager to join their team. The Communication and Marketing Manager will support and deliver communication, marketing and PR activity in a fast pace environment. 

IMMEDIATE START

ROLE:

Marketing and Communication:

  • Design and update of marketing communication materials (brochures, invitations, etc.)
  • Design and produce the internal and external newsletter
  • Design and produce and publish social media content and updates
  • Assist with the development of content for marketing literature and other collaterals
  • Coordinate the development and update of the website content 
  • Maintain and update the intranet site
  • Prepare and keep track of the marketing and business development budget
  • Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers on marketing projects and events
  • Assist in implementing the company brand guide
  • Promote appropriate use of branding and coordinate photo shoots for marketing collaterals

Events management:

  • Organise and run internal and external events as well as client entertainments
  • Liaise and coordinate with external supplier
  • Manage the events budget
  • Ensure effective follow-up and that projects run smoothly and successfully 

Business Development:

  • Support the team on marketing initiatives
  • Research, benchmarking and creation of marketing reports for BD purposes
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database including updates on the contacts, leads, tenders and projects
  • Coordinate mailings and meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Assist with the preparation and production of tender presentations 

PROFILE :

  • Degree in marketing and communication 
  • 5 years experience as a Communication and Marketing Manager or Coordinator, ideally in the construction/fit out industry
  • Excellent writing skills and content marketing skills 
  • Creative thinker 
  • Effective communicator 
  • Excellent IT skills: Microsoft office 365 including Sharepoint, Photoshop, Indesign and Wordpress as well as Mailchimp
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Ability to adapt and manage change
  • Attention to detail   

SALARY

Between £35k and £45k/pa according to skills and experience
