This is a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who is currently working in a media agency and they're keen to move into a creative led agency. This agency genuinely delivers everything under one roof - brand advertising, digital, innovation, CRM and direct, retail, social and content and media. They are looking for a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who can help strengthen the agency's social and content offering, and we are looking for a strong Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who has ideally worked within the media landscape.

It's clear that the worlds of creative, media and social agencies move closer and closer together, and this business has identified a need to operate in a different and more contemporary way. 

The planning team is around 8 people, with experience across brand, data and social, and they're looking for a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who can join the team with a specific responsibility for providing comms planning and media insights around their work - this would help shape and deliver their distribution thinking. 

The Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will ideally be working in a contemporary media agency, and you will be a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who is comfortable working across all media including social, digital and traditional channels. The Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will work and sit within the planning teams at the agency's social and content division.

The Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will have a strong point of view across traditional and digital publishers platforms, social networks, influencers, talent and sponsorship. The agency's work touches across these areas, and we need a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who gets and understands these areas. 

The Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will also have the opportunity to lead creative briefs, and brief the creative teams, helping to shape the work as it develops, and then developing useful comms plans around the ideas - the Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will be instrumental in showing clients how the campaigns will come together across different channels. 

The Communications Planner / Comms Strategist needs to understand the metrics side, and have an understanding of the data and numbers, however the buying will be managed by the media agency. 

We are looking for a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist who has a strong understanding of comms planning experience who is keen to broaden their horizons in a different, creative environment - and the Communications Planner / Comms Strategist will help play a part in a new work of working and campaign development. 

You will be a Communications Planner / Comms Strategist with at least 5 years experience in a media agency environment, and you'll have a real passion for all things content, social and advertising.
