Customer Insight Manager | Global Insurance Firm
A Global Insurance firm are looking to grow their Insights division and need Manager level mixed methodology researcher to join the team to spearhead the expansion. You will be responsible for a broad variety of projects across their whole product portfolio, with the aim to drive customer satisfaction and place the consumer at the centre of business decisions.
As a team they have a great reputation for having the ability to turn complex research into an innovative solution. It is a great time to join as they have just had sign off for a customer first approach right from the top of the business so you will be able to have a genuine impact.
The key aim for this division is to give consumers control over their financial decisions and make the user experience both online and offline, as positive as possible and allow them to see the Insurance solutions as true enablers of change across their life. The customer base is broad, covering 160 markets and as a result the products they offer match this. You could be tackling the global issue of cyber crime one day and then have to analyse the effects of natural disasters in Japan the next day.
It is a great opportunity to grow out and team and gain experience of developing business strategy on the back of research giving you a great angle to approach problems. You will need to have come from a research and insights background, either agency or client side and a knowledge of the FS sector is preferable.
