Senior Account Manager (Agency & Client-side) – Global Agency – to £38k

Global agency seeks a talented Senior Account Manager to work at both the agency and client’s offices in a unique dual client / agency-side position.

This role really does offer the best of both worlds and the chance to gain valuable and potentially career-changing client-side experience.

Based in Central London, this agency is growing at an unprecedented rate and is one of the hottest tickets in town.

The Senior Account Manager role

The key deliverables / experience required for this role are direct marketing, email and CRM.

However, this is an integrated position involving the development of creative concepts for campaign adaptations and execution with creative team management.

A seasoned Senior Account Manager, you should be a strong leader with an agency background. You must have a passion for championing and producing engaging and business-driving creative across a fully integrated channel mix.

You will be working closely with the client as a long-term business partner, steering the development of their brand and marketing strategies. Therefore a courteous, positive and high-energy approach and great people skills are crucial. You work hard but know how to have fun.

A proven track record of driving multiple complex projects forward in a timely fashion is also essential. You should have meticulous attention to detail and be a safe pair of hands to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualities required

  • An experienced account handler at Senior Account Manager level
  • Articulate and engaging – a natural in front of senior clients 
  • DM and email experience
  • The ability to think on your feet, and challenge and question along the process
  • Confident with clients with a consistent record of taking, interpreting and delivering projects under pressure and within agreed timeframes
  • Negotiation skills that create win-win compromises with your client

Salary

To £38k depending on experience.
