This is an amazing opportunity for an AD to really make their mark. The scope of this role is second to none and you will not be offered this level of opportunity anywhere else. You will be the key lead for the CRM and communications programme for this highly sort after car brand. The CRM business is fundamental to this brand achieving the business priorities over the next 2 years and remaining as a market leader. They are looking to further develop highly targeted and automated communications to their customers through the journey they have with the brand. They are investing to ensure they have access to the latest digital and innovative technologies to really be best in class. They have ambitious plans and want an ambitious person to deliver them.
You will have experience in delivering creative and strategic CRM programmes including experience of DM, email and SMS. You enjoy building client relationships and becoming their trusted partner. In addition you will manage and maximise relationships with other team members to deliver an integrated solution for your client. You have experience of managing teams and are comfortable in a high profile role.
