As Account Manager, you will be the bridge between the client and the agency, taking responsibility for the successful management of the client relationship and all projects - constantly solving problems and driving them to completion. You will ensure you service the client runs smoothly and achieves maximum potential, executing creative ideas professionally, on time and within budget.

You should have:

●Experience of working in a marketing communications agency
●Previous account management experience
●A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
●Excellent written and oral communication skills
●Ability to add significant value to new business pitch preparations.
●The ability to confidently pitch creative concepts to clients
●Able to develop and convert new business opportunities from new and existing client
●Is a successful Influencer and communicator
●The ability to respond positively to feedback.
●Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.
●Effective team management capabilities
●Can demonstrate a quality focus in their work with a keen attention to detail
●Can demonstrate a full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
●The passion to note relevant trends and develop ideas
●Good commercial and financial acumen
●Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
●A confident line manager
●A flexible problem solver
●Resilient and able to work well under pressure

Desirable:

●Previous experience of working with clients from within retail sectors.
●Commercial retail experience
●To have passed industry qualifications from IPA, CIM or other relevant organisation to certificate or diploma standard
