Programmatic Account Director - Independent Media Agency London - £55k

The Role:

As the Programmatic Account Director, you will be responsible for effective management, growth and retention of a portfolio of clients ranging across different industries and requirements. Moreover, you will be tasked with guiding account managers and executives through their career at the agency and build them up to become future leaders.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Work closely with your portfolio of clients to understand their objectives
  • Provide direction to account managers and executives in your team as well as the wider agency
  • Ensure all programmatic activity that you and your team conduct is being optimised effectively, utilising relevant DSP's, analytics and 3rd party tracking solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and work with the team to convert into actionable ROI
  • Work with Head of Biddable and account teams to identify cross selling opportunities
  • Work with new business team to source and secure new client wins
  • Oversee the successful set up of new client/accounts
  • Create account development plans for clients
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly account reviews for your portfolio
  • Continue to evolve the agency's Programmatic delivery

To be considered you will know/have:

  • Outstanding account management/development skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Proven experience in a demanding client facing role
  • Well-rounded digital/online industry experience with a good understanding of performance marketing
  • A detailed understanding of the adtech Ecosystem
  • Experience in using multiple DSP platforms across multiple channels (display, video, mobile)
  • Comprehensive understanding of IAB ad formats and their implementation
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and provide insight
  • Experience in 3rd party tracking, data providers and Ad Verification Providers
  • Educated at Degree level is advantageous
