A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a thriving premium creative agency based in East London. We are looking for someone with a passion for fashion and all things creative and with at least 2 years PA experience.

You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Executive Creative Director's day by managing the following:
1. Daily schedules
2. Travel
3. Business and personal admin.
4. IT hardware and software
5. Business and personal correspondence
6. Office

Across your role you will always determine what the Executive Creative Director wants to achieve and ensure your work is aligned to his goals and ensure that his time is well scheduled. You will help prepare him for meetings and screen calls and appointment requests
Other duties include
* Purchase business and personal items on behalf of the Executive Creative Director
* Book travel for the Executive Creative Director, Managing Director and other staff when required
* Keep all the Executive Creative Director's administration accurate and up to date
* Work to improve your technical knowledge and soft skills
* Use your initiative to work independently when appropriate
* Keep the CRM database up to date and work to develop its uses and usefulness
* Ensure you are fully familiar and exposed to the work of the agency and how it is created
* Assist the Managing Director when required
* Assist in the running of the Studio
* Assist in the running of client projects, working closely with Project Managers
