This first-class advertising agency in Central London is seeking a talented Digital Account Manager for an exciting FMCG (drinks) account.
An open, friendly bunch who work with some of the world’s greatest brands, the agency is part of a global creative company with digital transformation, advertising, shopper, activation and CRM all under one roof.
What they are looking for
The agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to work on one of its flagship accounts.
To qualify you need to be a self-starter with a natural curiosity for new channels and technology. You also need to be passionate about creativity and finding ways to optimise and improve campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of all areas of digital is required, including website design and development, CRM, social, UX, paid search and CMS platforms, plus SEO, analytics and content strategy.
You will be
- Running the day to day of the account and owning the detail
- Working with the Account Director to deliver digital solutions including websites and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns
- Judging and selling the creative work
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- 3+ years as a Digital Account Manager, ideally at a top 10 agency within the last 5 years
- Innovation projects such as chatbots
- Design and build of a transactional ecommerce website (but could also be an enterprise CMS across a multilingual website)
