Midweight Integrated Designer - £45,000 - £55,000 - London

A leading global Fintech company, specialised in pioneering payments and digital transaction solutions for businesses and consumers worldwide

You will be working on projects from concept through to artwork and delivery and producing designs for brand marketing purposes across a variety of digital, motion, print touch-points.

- Create world class, innovative digital and print designs, bringing still and motion design to life
- Create design solutions and visualise through sketching and prototyping
- Executing all design stages from conceptualising visual design to final delivery
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate
interaction and design ideas
- Ability to plan, work and manage your own time and deliverables
- Work side by side with other designers and global teams to generate ideas
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Support the Brand design team in providing end-to-end in-house creative design solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional global teams
- Focus on quality and timely delivery
- Present your ideas to a varied audience from senior marketing to developers
- Ability to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Evolve and elevate creative, guiding design principles and other team members,

- Proven experience, agency or client side, proven digital and print experience.
- Ability to handle a variety of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Pixel perfect, creative thinker with exceptional conceptual skills
- Personable team player and can hit the ground running
- Motivated, curious and up for a challenge!
- Experienced in digital and print design, layout, motion, working with typography and photography
- Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or similar
- Comfortable delivering across print and digital
- Experienced in creating wireframes and prototypes and site maps
- Strong understanding of graphic design, branding and marketing communications
- Experience presenting and discussing designs
- Ability to plan, work and manage your own time and deliverables with a high degree of
independence and autonomy
- Strong conceptual, presentation and communication skills
- Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Superb attention to detail, can produce documents to a professional standard
- Pixel perfect, creative thinker and problem solver
- Detailed understanding of the digital and print project life-cycle
- Work side by side with other designers and global teams to support brand creative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated, positive attitude and clear communicator
- Curious and up for a challenge

Software: (Mac)

- Mastery of CS; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Prototyping tools, Axure, Sketch, Invision / other prototyping tools
- Microsoft Office
- Keynote
- Experience in motion design, specifically After Effects
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS a bonus
