What do you need to do to win in eCommerce? The question on everyone's lips in FMCG but seemingly still an area that so many struggle with.

If you're fed up of fixing the basics and desperately trying to whip the rest of the business into fighting eCommerce shape, this is your chance to make a change.

From board-level down, this major food business is not simply paying lip service to the importance of eCommerce but backing it up with significant investment and a culture of support & innovation.

This role will take strategic responsibility for Amazon & Ocado across the UK & Europe, with the aim of taking some already strong relationships to the next level.

You'll report into a Head of eCommerce who reports directly to the MD, be supporting by a great eCommerce & Digital team and have all the tools required to make a real change.

You'll need a strong grasp and keen passion for the eCommerce space - could be from FMCG, Bricks & Clicks or Pureplayer.

You'll need to be curious and innovative - the environment encourages a test, fail & learn mentality and you'll be expected to help make the business a thought leader in eCom.
