Working into a Media Manager you will join a dynamic Audience team responsible for ideating, creating and reporting on a diverse range of paid social and broader media campaigns for our clients. 

Experience / Capabilities Desired:

+ At least 2 years proven experience in paid social strategy and implementation
+ Excellent written and communication skills with clients/ colleagues
+ Good understanding of tracking methodologies and techniques
+ ROI focused and results driven
+ The ability to work with a variety of digital professionals (from creatives to techies) in order to effectively implement and track campaigns
+ Passion for analysing, reporting on and acting on data
+ The ability to work to deadline, and go the extra mile to get things done
+ Proactive and resourceful
+ Excellent written and communication skills - attention to detail is a must when broadcasting content on behalf of our client's brands
+ A passion for epic levels of customer service
+ Experience in supporting Managers in client facing situations

Your role will be to assist in the set up and optimisation of eight&four’s key paid social accounts. Here’s what to expect in the day-to-day role:

+ Setting up and optimisation of Paid Social and PPC campaigns, in collaboration with Media Manager
+ Collaborating and future planning with Media Managers to ensure accounts are performing to the best level they can
+ Ensuring that all activity is in line with pre-set KPIs and Return on Investment targets
+ Writing compelling campaign text for campaign elements
+ Providing feedback and recommendations for implementation to drive success across accounts
+ Keep up to date with Media buying industry trends and research in order to educate clients and internal teams
+ Work proactively in a team environment and be flexible to additional requests from other team members 
+ Attend and have a voice within Audience team meetings - drawing on your experience to add value to the conversation and client planning
+ Manage your own workload - do not expect others to create to do lists or set reminders for deadlines on your behalf
