The key aim for this role is to give consumers control over their finances and to allow them to see the insurance solutions as true enablers of change across their lives. Working in the multidisciplinary and collaborative customer insight team, you will assist in leading, planning and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, with a commitment and passion to understand customer insights and challenges. The customer base covers over 150 markets, potentially diversifying your workload from cybercrime one day, to the effects of natural disasters the next.
2-5 years of experience in a research or insight related environment.
Have experience working on consumer-facing brands e.g. retailers, financial services
Have a degree or higher education in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills, along with the ability to cope with the ever-changing consumer needs and a fast-paced environment.
