Our client, a leading global production company are looking for a Producer/Integrated PM with experience managing social and dynamic digital campaigns for a leading fashion sportswear brand.

This company are growing rapidly across the globe due to their unique offering and great culture. A really friendly, creative and highly productive agency, they are looking for ambitious, great team players.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading integrated (digital and social) project planning and delivery across this high profile account, working collaboratively with your account management, planning and all creative colleagues. You’ll own – and be accountable for each project from the point of project setup, driving it through to successful execution,

The job details:

Managing project and campaign-based work from ideation to delivery

  • Ensuring development of all project-based documentation and process such as SOWs, timing plans
  • and cost estimates
  • Taking the client through project related documentation and process, such as statements of work
  • and helping them to understand the nature of all aspects of the project
  • Being responsible for the delivery of integrated projects to agreed timelines and budgets
  • Working with and managing project specialists such as creatives, developers, UX and content
  • producers
  • Managing and working with junior PM’s, mentoring them and helping to enhance and grow their skill
  • sets
  • Helping to source any specialist skill sets required for individual integrated projects
  • Managing client relationships on individual integrated projects alongside the account management
  • team.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Proven experience of agency project management, including extensive integrated production
  • Experience in print, not mandatory, digital and social , with an emphasis on digital, primarily standard, rich and dynamic/programmatic banner campaigns
  • Good knowledge and experience of ad serving platforms, understanding complex media schedule and different banner formats
  • A good understanding of dynamic and programmatic banner campaigns from a creative, technical and production point of view
  • A good understanding of all social platforms and project managing social campaigns
  • A strong understanding of and empathy for the creative process
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram canvas’, carousels and stories
  • Proven experience of high-volume, fast-turnaround creative and production campaigns
  • A thorough understanding of and genuine enthusiasm for all media channels
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills to ensure clear understanding of the agency’ proposition
  • Strong contemporary cultural and technology related reference points
  • Adept at building relationships at all levels
  • Ability to present creative effectively and professionally, engaging and persuading clients and agency colleagues.
  • Outstanding people skills – leading and motivating your team, inspiring confidence in others, leading by example, and supporting career development of your team
  • High levels of organisation with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Cool and calm when working under pressure along with the ability to anticipate – and solve – problems
