Events Executive / Events Coordinator - Top Law Firm

An Events Executive / Events Coordinator is needed to join the London office of a leading law firm. Expect to progress your events career providing vital support to business development, marketing and external events for the London and Birmingham office.

(This role is based in the London office; with a regular requirement to work from the Birmingham office, so you will need to be flexible towards travel.)

Due to an exciting period of rapid growth they are now seeking an Events Executive / Events Coordinator who ideally has some experience working within a professional service, to join their highly talented team.

Joining as the Events Executive / Events Coordinator you will provide support to the full range of on-going business development, marketing and other external events. On a day-to-day basis expect to be involved in pre-event planning and logistics, liaising with onsite contacts, monitoring event budgets, assisting with the design and creation of print and promotional materials, PowerPoints and handouts, researching and advising advertising sponsorship, assisting with post event follow up and anything else necessary to ensure the smooth running of outstanding events.

To qualify. You should be a highly organised Events Executive / Events Coordinator / Events Administrator / Events Planner / Event Marketing Executive or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience within an events coordination role – ideally within professional services;
  • Experience with Cvent or other event management software;
  • You understand the importance and intricacies of a law firm and client relationships;
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills;
  • The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing deadlines without compromising quality;
  • You are IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office;
  • You are an outgoing, positive team player.
