Global Insight Director | Data-Driven Food Brand
We're working with one of the most tech brands to be launched in the last decade.
A data-centric food business. They have achieved phenomenal growth since their launch, they now operate in more than 10 different markets around the world. Their employee headcount has increased 10 fold in the last 2 years. They're now a business turnover over a 1bn which is up by 50% on the previous year.
The global insight director is the most senior insight role in the business. You'll manage the insight team, who cover both UX and classic insight managers. You'll be hands-on with research projects, managing budgets and agencies. As well as ultimately shaping the insight agenda with the business, working with stakeholders ensuring insights are being acted upon within the business. There is a huge amount of scope with this role and there is plenty of opportunities to make a real impact.
10 years plus experience in insight/research
Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
Ideally, experience working in an insight role client but they're open to research agency people too
Broad research experience e.g. experience working on innovation research, brand and communications research, segmentation, market understanding etc.
Interested in progressive research techniques.
