Customer Experience Business Director | Global Consultancy
Looking for a Senior Research Specialist with a background in Customer Experience to support the Research Team of a Global Consultancy to bring in new and exciting projects. They have an extensive product range as well as ad hoc capabilities and you will be responsible for winning new clients through a genuine consultative approach.
This department has consistently been one of the top performers in the company and as a result they need extra support to continue to thrive. There are 4 live roles to allow for this expansion, and the hope is to sculpt a balanced team of business winners and business farmers which will give their offering the ability to be agile to their client's needs.
Ideally you will have experience in a broad number of research areas, in particular quantitative methodologies. You must also have demonstrated the ability to bring in business through competitive proposal creation. You will be working with warm leads as well as inbound requests from the wider business for clients who want to put the consumer at the heart of the business.
